When starting out with RDCF you will be taken through our ‘Intro to CrossFit’ process. Here you will be coached through the fundamental movements of CrossFit.
These classes are beginner friendly, spread across five small group sessions.
Once completed you will have a greater understanding of the CF methodology as well as the RDCF style of coaching.
The ‘Intro to CrossFit’ package is included at no extra cost with any full membership purchase.
A bespoke PT package can fast track you to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to burn fat, build muscle or train for a sporting event, our results based methods have a proven track record.
All personal training clients receive a full nutrition plan as well as the option for full body composition screenings and reviews.

Here at RDCF we want to keep it simple so we offer only two different kinds of memberships, Flexible month-to-month memberships and Annual (12 month) memberships. You can either join us for up to 2 classes a week, 3 classes a week or for as many as you like plus access to the Box during our Open Gym times.
