I joined Royal Docks CrossFit 12 months ago on a trial, never thinking that I would get hooked and still be going up to 5 times a week after nearly a year! Lifting weights was a whole new concept to me as was the intensity of the workouts. My initial concerns were that I had just recovered from injury and noticeably older than the others.
